Week 2

 

Every week we share with you a few exercises that you can complete through the week at your own pace. Please make sure that you have completed the exercises of each week before you start with the next one as they build on top of each other.

Exercise 2.1.: Your New Way

Review your notes from last week about your relationship with climate. Then reflect on what you would like your relationship with climate to be in the next three to nine months. Go for a walk, take time in your own place, … Please try to really listen to your thoughts and feelings. Once you are ready, summarise below the main points about what you have just experienced.

Exercise 2.2.: Your World Perspective

Talk at least with two people like a family member, friend or co-worker about his/her relationship with climate. Really listen to these people and try to emphasize with their thoughts and feelings. Share yours as well, and have a conversation on the topic. Please do this exercise with as many people as you need. Once you are ready, summarise below the main points about what you have just experienced.
