1. Introduction

This Terms of Service describes the terms of service for Together for Climate, a brand of The Feedback Group (reg. no. CHE-265.946.797).

2. General

These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply when Together for Climate provides products and services via the web or app (the "Service").

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you register a company as a user, you certify that you have the authority to bind the company in accordance with the Terms. The service is not provided to persons/companies who have previously violated the Terms.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to the Terms when you create your account. As the Terms contain important information about how you may use the Service, it is important that you read them carefully.

3. The service

An account at Together for Climate helps you become climate positive, save your subscription, offset your carbon footprint and also suggest actions you can do for stopping climate change. The purpose of the Service is to create a personalized service that helps you take meaningful climate action.

Together for Climate works continuously to develop the Service in order to improve the functionality for you. Together for Climate may add, remove or change features of the Service at any time. Together for Climate may also offer you new features in the Service that may be associated with special terms. If you wish to activate such Service, you must first agree to the special terms of service.

Together for Climate may send you e-mails or notifications regarding the Service, information about changes in the Service and information about new functions. This communication, as well as the communication specified in the first paragraph, is considered an integral part of the Service, which means that it cannot be opted-out. It is possible to unsubscribe to emails at all times.

4. Use of the Service

Do not abuse the Service. For example, you may not interfere with the Service or attempt to access it using any method other than the interface and instructions provided by Together for Climate.

It is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute or publish content provided by Together for Climate. For personal use, however, it is permitted to download, copy and save information from Together for Climate.

Together for Climate has the right to suspend a user and terminate an account at any time if the user violates the Terms or otherwise uses the Service in a way that may cause Together for Climate or third parties damage.

Personal information and your information

Together for Climate processes your personal data in accordance with Together for Climate' current privacy policy. For more information, see our privacy policy.

In the Service, you can transmit, submit, store and send or receive information. You guarantee that you hold the necessary rights to the information, either by creating it yourself or that everyone who has participated has given you permission to use the information on the Service in accordance with the Terms. You warrant that the information does not contain someone else's copyrighted material, logo or another intellectual property right that you have not obtained permission from the rights-holder to use.

Offset service and price increases

Together for Climate offers the possibility to offset emissions and become climate positive. This service is provided as-is and can be subject to change. The prices for offsetting can vary over time, due to that the pricing in the underlaying offset market can be volatile. Together for Climate may increase the price if Together for Climate deems it is necessary in order to deliver the service to the subscribed user. Information on future price increases will be communicated to users via e-mail.

Responsibility

Together for Climate does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Service. The operation of the Service may be disrupted by a number of factors beyond Together for Climate’s control and Together for Climate makes no warranties regarding the Service's function or availability. Together for Climate cannot be held liable for damages caused directly or indirectly by the use of the Service and its contents.

Together for Climate intends that all information in the Service should be accurate and as up-to-date as possible. However, Together for Climate cannot guarantee the availability of the Service or the reliability or accuracy of the information presented in the Service. Together for Climate cannot be held responsible for if the Service is down.
